Return Policy

  • All returned products need to be un-opened and in re-sellable condition.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returned items unless there is an error on the part of Shoreline Sport Medical Supply or a defective product.

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • No refunds will be given for shipping costs unless the reason for return is an error on the part of Shoreline Sport Medical Supply or a defective product.

  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded and shipping charges back to Shoreline Sport Medical Supply will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • A credit will be issued to the account or credit card only after Shoreline receives the product back and inspects it.

  • All returns must have an RGA number which can be obtained by calling during normal business hours.

  • Due to health reasons Shoreline cannot accept returns of hygiene or eating and drinking products.

  • Shoreline cannot accept returns of computer software, videos or books that have been opened or removed from original packaging.

  • Shoreline cannot accept returns of special order items or discontinued items.

  • Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within 7 days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable).

  • Opened and used equipment may not be returned for credit.
